Streaming Over My Home Network

Hello all,
I currently use iTunes to stream my music collection throughout the house. I have all my music on a NAS, playlists on my main desktop PC, which I then play in iTunes on a laptop on my home network connected to my music system.
Will Media Monkey see other computers on my network and allow me to stream in this manner?
