That's something MediaMonkey can't help with. I suggest you check with an antivirus company for help with that.

Hi,
if you are so infected the best chance is to use rescue disks.

Also, if possible try to restore windows using restore point and then try to use Safe mode and rescue disks.
You will loose some data, but sometimes it is better than loose whole system. You need to do damage control at this point.
