Files not getting synchronized

I am currently trying out Mediamonkey to synchronize my music to Android, but apparently some files are not getting synchronized.

I did take a look at https://www.mediamonkey.com/support/ind ... re-missing, but none of the things mentioned seems relevant for my issue.

I am using a playlist for the synchronization, and I contains 664 albums. Currently I have found 5 albums (from the same artist) that does not appear on my Android device. They are not in the app, and not in the filesystem.

What should I try to fix/identify the problem.

I am facing the same problem and therefore created this account and actually wanted to open another thread.

I sync via wifi.
New Playlists are generated perfectly on my phone, but old playlists will not be updated.
At the moment the only way to solve this issue is to
-unselect all of my playlists,
-sync (delete all playlists on my android),
-and reselect the playlists again to sync the content...

This is very annoying since I am updating my playlists weekly and they have a volume of around 80gb.

Which version of MMW and MMA are you using?

MMW 4.1.27.1897 Gold
MMA 1.3.7.0902 Pro

But it already happend with older versions. Having this problem since I am using the app (around 5 month).

You can send a debug log from MMA right after sync and create a Support Ticket with the logID so the developers can analyze.
