MMA freezes whenever I open a certain podcast

This is the end of a long and weird string of issues I had with the app that may or may not be related, but I will tell the whole story just in case. I have a Oneplus 6T on Android 10, Oxygen OS 10.3.6.

> MMA is refusing to sync, keeps coming up with the "Sync unsuccessful! Connection failed!" message despite the fact that my PC and phone are both on, on the same wifi network, VPNs off, and MM opened on both.
> I go into MMW, look at sync settings without actually changing anything. Then I manually download some old episodes of Sawbones (the podcast in question) that I haven't heard yet and delete some i'm finished with. I try syncing again and suddenly it works.
> I notice MMA hasn't deleted the old episodes of Sawbones that I deleted on MMW, so I select most of them and delete.
> MMA seems stuck on the 100% completion screen for the delete. I restart the app.
> Now MMA freezes my phone whenever I try to open the track list for sawbones (yes it's just sawbones, other podcasts, playlists and albums can be opened and played fine), showing a "loading" screen with no tracks, and after a few seconds android says the app is not responding. Sync is also not working again, same problem.

I have tried restarting my phone, reinstalling MMA, and clearing the cache. Nothing works to solve either issue.

2) USB Sync? That's different from Wifi Sync.

3) By default Sync doesn't delete files from MMA device that are no longer in MMW Library. You'll need to set it to delete 'all other media files' as delete option in the Device Profile in MMW.

4&5) Which version of MMW and MMA are you using?

I haven't tried USB sync at any point in this. I'd rather fix the Wifi sync before going to the trouble of USB sync.

MMW is version 4.1.30.1914 on a standard edition license. MMA is version 1.4.1.0937.

Sync from MMA starts working at this point?

Yes, It started working after I opened the sync options for my android device in MMW and then confirmed and closed it again without actually changing anything.

I think I've gotten the sync working more reliably now but the freezing problem has persisted. I would really appreciate help with this. It's now persisted through a second round of cache clearing and reinstallation of MMA, I also tried straight up deleting the podcast from my MMA library and resyncing it to MMW from scratch, no dice. It still always freezes and crashes the app when I try to open the podcast.

I posted about this before and never received an answer to this issue. MMA freezes and eventually crashes for me whenever I try to open one particular podcast. This problem has persisted through multiple uninstalls and reinstalls of the app, cache clearings, and re-syncs with MMW. It's been happening for well over a month by now. There's only one podcast where this is a problem, I can open and play others fine.

My app version is 1.4.1.0937. I have a OnePlus 6T with OxygenOS 10.3.7

Please open support ticket and supply us with download link to downloaded podcast file (copy it off device) so that we can check with our devices and se what may went wrong with it.
