Hi,
When I use the "Folders" view in MM for Android, then go the "Library" next and finally open a folder within there, then I see almost all of my music titles with a preceding 0 and a few of them with a different number (Update: Now I have some folders where almost all files have a -1 in front of them.). I don't get this in other views of MM for Android.
What does that number mean/stand for? How can I get it not to be displayed?
How not to display number in front of title when in folder view?

It's the Track Number and this can't be changed in MMA.

Hmmm, track means exactly what in this case? Track within an album?

Yes, the Track Number is for a track within an Album. This display is not user configurable.
