Album art no longer auto or manually populating

MM5 Gold
Recently, when adding new MP3 files (ripped from Windows Media Player - yeah I know but I have been doing this a long time) to my collection the Album Art is no longer being automatically populated. The manual "Lookup Image" is also non functional. I have made sure that Tools > Options > Background metadata lookup (all boxes checked). Has something recently changed?

This has been fixed for Build 2668+ which hasn't yet been released.
