Adding tracks to playlist from dlna server
Is there a way to add content playing from a server to a playlist? Currently when i press the "add to playlist" button nothing happens. If there isn't, is it possible to implement?
Re: Adding tracks to playlist from dlna server
Are the files in the MediaMonkey Library? Only files in the MediaMonkey Library can be added to a Playlist in MediaMonkey.
If instead you're trying to modify a Playlist on the DLNA Server, this is not possible. DLNA only provides streaming, DLNA has no editing capabilities.

Re: Adding tracks to playlist from dlna server
So the possible solution would be to download every track i want to be added to a playlist, and then adding it?
Re: Adding tracks to playlist from dlna server
As long as they're scanned into the MediaMonkey Library they can be added to a Playlist in MediaMonkey.
They don't need to be downloaded, but do note that this only keeps working if the DLNA server keeps serving the files in the same way.

Re: Adding tracks to playlist from dlna server
How can I scan a track into a media monkey library without downloading it?
Re: Adding tracks to playlist from dlna server
Use File > Add/Rescan Files to scan files from the DLNA Server.
If you're running a NAS with a DLNA Server you may want to consider scanning files from the File Server (UNC Path) on the NAS instead. It will allow you to edit the files in MediaMonkey if the need ever arises.
