[REQ] Toolbar flexibility

E do really like to use the toolbar for quick access of common used tools, but the atual behavior of the tool is somewhat limiting and i wold like to suggest some improvements.

1. The possibility to fix collections and if possible nodes on the toolbar for quick access, for example:
Now Playing (especially this)
Music
Playlists
Entire Library
...

2. Positioning, it wold be so nice if we could have a toggle to enable/disable the mini player shortcut and the possibility to fix the toolbar on the top like the example below. (much cleaner and convenient in my opinion).
