Transfer to New Phone - Missing some Album Artwork

I have just completed a transfer from my old phone (Galaxy S20 FE) to a new phone (Galaxy S24). I used the guided setup that came with the new phone and it used SmartSwitch (I select "All" data) to copy over all the apps and all the data (including audio file). Now on my new phone the album artwork for some tracks does not appear.

The detailed steps I took were (best that I can recall):
1. copy apps and data from my old phone to the new phone (use SmartSwitch and select "ALL" data)
2. open the MediaMonkey MMA app for the first time on the new phone and it asked for permission to various folders and I clicked Ok/Accept to whatever the defaults were. MMA then seem to scan away. At this stage I didn't do a detailed check but its seems to look okay, all my playlists had come across and were populated.
3. Downloaded the MediaMonkey Pro licence onto the new phone.
4. open MMW on my desktop.
5. USB connected my new phone to the desktop.
I was expecting a new Profile to be created for the new phone under "Devices & Services" but no new profile was created. It seem to still use the existing profile for the old phone.
6. I clicked the "Apply" button and then it did something to 3,500+ files on my file (not sure what was doing, it took 30-40 mins to run)
7. I unconnected the new phone from the USB
I noticed that some of the audio files did not display the Artwork. I checked MMW and the Artwork for those audio files is stored in the tag.
8. I ran "Check for new/changed media" under settings in MMA, made no difference.
9. I then made a change to a playlist in MMW and that successfully synched across to MMA.

I'm not sure how to fix this issue. I basically follow the same steps I did 4 years ago (when I lasted changed phones) and that worked without issue.

I uninstalled the MMA App (with app data selected) from my phone then reinstalled MMA on my phone (I didn't have to reinstall Pro version it was already there) and followed these instructions (as best as I could as they don't exactly line up with current screens)https://www.mediamonkey.com/wiki/index. ... oid_device. It didn't fix the issue and no profile was created in MMW for my new phone.

I created a new playlist in MMW and added 1 track to it. I then Sync it, didn't update MMA. There is no profile in MMW for my new phone so I used the existing profile for my old phone to added the new playlist to be sync items, I ran Sync on my new phone and the new playlist was sync across to my new phone. Confusing! It seems that MMA on my new phone is using the MMW profile of my old phone.

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with my issue but... I started looking around the MMW setting, I found under "Options/Media Sharing/MediaMonkey Library/Clients" for my new phone IP address it had "Apache-httpClient/UNAVAILABLE (java 1.5) (the last access matched time I tried it last)

I just noticed that the Artwork is also missing from "Albums", "Artists" and "Album Artists" sections while the "Tracks" section is mainly populated with only some exceptions. The only pattern I can see with the exceptions in the "Track" section is that these tracks were not ripped by MMW from CDs (these files were created in Audacity, tagged in Audacity and exported as mp3 format and the imported into MMW). These mp3 files are correctly tagged in MMW and I just added the Artwork to them in MMW. On my old phone MMA had no issues with these audio files.

In MMW for the old phone profile under the "Devices & Services" / Tagging section I have "Sync all Artwork to file folders" selected and "Copy Artwork to file tags" unselected. I read in another post that switching these setting around fixed their issue.

I just grasping at straws here.

I tried again to connect my new phone via USB to MMW and MMW displayed the message that I had connected my old phone and gave me a option to "Config". Not sure have I force MMW to create a new profile for my new phone.

I did a clean install (

). The Profile for the new phone now appears. The Artwork appears to be all there.

Quick question, where has the /MediaMonkey directory gone, I can't see it anymore in internal storage using File Manager.

Spoke too soon, for random tracks have the incorrect Artwork.

I want to do another clean install and then sych small amount of files across (instead of 4000+ in 1 go). According to the instructions I'm suppose to delete the /MediaMonkey directory but I can't find it on the internal storage. Can someone point me in the right direction?
