The beta install worked in that I can now open MM5 and all of my playlists and music is still there and plays so all of the indexing is in place. Whatever I did, I did not corrupt my DB as previously thought. Don't know what happened to MMINIT.JS file but I I'm not going to worry about it for now.

For some reason, while MM5 recognizes my Motorola RAZR+, it shows as disconnected and won't allowing synching. I had this once before and figured it out so I will again. AT 74 years old, that memory ain't what it used to be.

One more question; Should I be able to read the MM5.DB using SQLITE3 DB Browser? Maybe I need to use SQLLITE3 in native mode?

Thanks for your help.

If the device shows disconnected it's not seen by MediaMonkey. Check that Windows does see it and that File Explorer can browse it. You may need to unlock the device when you connect it via USB and/or change the USB connection mode on the device.

I don't know the answer to the SQL question. Have you checked out the SQL Editor Addon?

Thanks lowlander. I was able to solve my phone issue. As far as the sql addon, I just downloaded it and will use it inside of MM.
