All artwork for all albums is no longer appearing in the preview or main windows. The artwork does appear on the properties page for an album. I am using version 5.0.1.2433.

I'm unsure how to post a screen shot. I uploaded the image to imgur (https://imgur.com/a/epC1OMa) and when I inserted the link in this message, I got this error - "You can’t post image, email or url links that are external to this domain. Please remove https : // imgur . com"

Can you delete the Thumbs folder where the MediaMonkey Temp folder is (see Tools > Options > General for location). Does that resolve the issue?

No, deleting the Thumbs folder had no noticeable affect.

Please capture the problem in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: viewtopic.php?f=30&t=86643 including info on which files/Albums were affected when capturing the debug log.

This will help a developer analyze why this happens in your setup.

Hi,
based on your log you are accessing your files via 'Folders' node which works like 'My Computer' node in MM4 and reads the info from file tag exclusively (not from database). Nevertheless artwork stored in file tag should be shown there, maybe you have majority of your artworks in accompanying JPG/PNG file in folders?

Can you please confirm that if you browse your library e.g. via Music > Location node then the artwork does shown correctly?
