MM5 not respecting auto tag criteria [#18414]

AS The title says MM5 Is not respecting the criteria when i use auto tag.
I unselected all Criteria except Lyrics and Genre, unselected artwork and set it to use Fingerprint, all tracks returned correct results apart from one file where it also changed the album name and the album artist.
Ive been seeing this behavour for a long time in previouse versions
I tried post screenshots but failed so i will upload to a file sharing site
