Missing phrase in translation template (Sync Profile) [#18964]

The hover text of the file masks for the different Types is not in the localization.
"Choose the Directory/Filename format to be used for files on the device"

2. Userdefined Nodes:
Using Criteria: + Nested Criteria there is the Filter dialogue "match any/all ..."
In the localized version, "of the following criteria" is still in english.

The second phrase in the Case Checker is not localized: Choose which files to update.
The gearwheel menu contains 2 untranslated phrases:
Checkbox: Fix quotes and apostrophes
Label: Customize case for these phrases mid-string
