Having trouble with connecting to iphone

Hey everyone,
I am new here. I am moving away from Itunes. I installed the latest mediaMonkey and I am struggling with connecting to itunes.
I followed this
https://www.mediamonkey.com/support/kno ... atibility/ and uninstalled and reinstalled every version on itunes that said windows version and same result.
The apple sync software are all for MediaMonkey 4 so I am thinking I need to uninstall five and reinstall but I wanted to check here first.

How exactly is it failing and which Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey are you using?

MediaMonkey 5.0.2.2532
It keeps saying that I need to download the "deskstop" version.
I went the help page and there are three versions of itunes. I tried them all.
When I start MM again I get the same error.

I need the 32bit version.
Running Windows 10 if that matters.

You have a 32 bit version of Windows 10?

I do.
Well I tried this and the same error. I even uninstalled it and then check in profiles for any trace of old itunes and nothing. I changed the itunes folder name also to see if it needed a fresh install.
What next.

Somewhere along the way it seems iTunes has corrupted something on your system. We recommend fully uninstalling all Apple related software:

Sadly, that didn't work either.
I ran "copytrans" and that works flawlessly. I reinstalled itunes from the link provided.
After itunes was installed. I start MM and I get the same error.
Do I need to recreate the library via itunes?
BTW..I am loving mediaMonkey otherwise.

I'm having the same issue with the latest version of MM5 and iTunes (desktop 64 bit though). Getting the exact same message no matter which version and I've completely removed iTunes and reinstalled it. Did you ever get this resolved?

Hi,
This is extremely strange behavior and first time reported that no other method of reinstalling fixed the error message, which is only showed when MM can't load all the things MM need in order to be allowed to sync to Apple devices.
May I suggest that you open
Support Ticket where we can in more details assess the issue.
