Duplicates Made While Syncing

I recently synced from my PC to my Android Phone after updating the files on my PC. I noticed that I have duplicates in some of the files on my Android. Some of these includes files which I just put on the PC, but not all the CDs which I added. The question is how to delete duplicates on the Android?

You can have Auto-Sync remove files on Sync. If the files are no longer in MediaMonkey you'll need to select to remove All other media files in the Device Profile as by default MediaMonkey only deletes files not on the Sync List, but still in the MediaMonkey Library.
