I guess I'm talking about auto organize files. Now when I select any album and select auto organize files the pane that pops up shows the new and old paths, with the old path showing the current (correct) IP address for my NAS, but it wants to make the new path to the old IP address.

Then check the Mask you've set there. It likely still points to the old IP.
