Using MM4 Gold v.4.1.31.1919 with Windows 10 x64
When a library file is double-clicked, and the default double click actions is "play now" for both "When files are playing" and "when playback is stopped", the file plays, BUT the whole album enqueued, and subsequently played.
When the default double click action is "play now" for "when playback is stopped" and "Play next" for "When files are playing", double clicking a file places it in the queue, but it does not play. double clicking additional files simply puts them next in the queue, and NEITHER play.
How can I configure MM4 to play a library file when double-clicking it, and NOT add the whole album.

Re: Double click single file plays whole album
Check your 'Play Now' Action settings under Tools > Options > Playback rules. You may have the option with subsequent selected.

Thanks for responding.
That solved the issue.
All my previous search results pointed to Tools > Options > Player for setting the default Double-click action, which was obviously not correct.
Thanks again!
