4.1.31.1919 Vitreous skin fails

On Windows 10 Home.

1 Install portable mode with default options.
2 In Tools > Options > Skin, click Vitreous

Expected: dialog box changes to this skin.
Observed: dialog box messes-up:



3 Click Close

Expected: main window changes to this skin
Observed: main window goes unskinned

Hi,
It is known issue in MM4 skinning engine where only after clicking OK and Reopening Options it shows backgrounds correctly.

It was like that from Version 3.x thru all v4.x Focused window do not update backgrounds on Skin change immediately and needs to be reloaded.
