MMA can see chromecast devices and foobar2000 DLNA player, but does not detect DLNA player (DENON AVR)

tried with version 1.4.3.0950 and 1.4.4.0951

all of them can see and play to my Denon AVR

MLfrmttakf I do not see way to set Denon as control point DMR to receive PUSH commands/stream from DLNA complaint client like MMA, but rather only PULL from DLNA Server https://manuals.denon.com/avrx1400h/na/ ... rmgerw.php which in your case would be MM5 on PC.

BubbleUPnP have in built DLNA server part Can you please share some screenshots on how they see denon player (I am guessing AirPlay that MMA do not support)

I dont think its AirPlay in BubbleUPnP, coz when AirPlay stream is played to AVR, I can see AirPlay lightup on display.

Try manually to add Server using value from "Desc. XML URL"? eg. UPNP -> [+] and enter that value -> Save

OK, that is at least something to start with.

It woudl be great if you can try the same thing in MM5:
1. Download latest debug beta from https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewt ... 86639&sd=d
2. Install it as Portable to c:\MM5Temp
3. Allow all things thru firewall
4. Add few tracks to Now playing and make sure they play normally. Then Stop Playback
5. Use Cast icon to see if MM5 see Denon (Make screenshot of listing of available players)
6. If Available play on Denon

But every time a press on cast button it throws an error, but track is still playing fine, clicking on Continue button just closes that error window and MM5 still works and play tracks.

Please capture this in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket: https://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewt ... 30&t=86643 A developer can then analyze why this is happening in your setup.

yes. and this error comes also with foobar2000 as renderer
