I'm running a upnp/dlna server, media monkey detected it ok and my MKV files are listed but it won't play them and an error message says server inaccessible. This isn't true as it's fine playing the files on my TV. Can this be fixed, otherwise I'd like my money back please.

MKV files not playing from my media server

Re: MKV files not playing from my media server
Hi,
Are you using MM4 or MM5? It is possible that MM4 have some DLNA incompatibility issues with some servers have you tried same in MM5 (Install as portable in case you do not want immediately to switch to MM5)?
If it fail with MM5 then please supply us debug log as described at viewtopic.php?f=30&t=86643

Re: MKV files not playing from my media server
I have the same issue on MediaMonkey 5.
When the video is MKV, mediamonkey can't read it, they see the file, but it write that the video size is 0go and can't read it.

Re: MKV files not playing from my media server
Can you please add details? Is MediaMonkey the server of the MKV in this scenario or the client. Also which Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey?
