Lyrics in tags

Ive noticed for a while that when i went to look at lyrics on my S10+ MMA would lookup the lyrics and offer to save them, i always make sure my songs have lyrics before syncing and thought the lyrics werent being synced but it wasnt enough of an annoyance to investigate since lookup worked.

This week i finally decided to have a look and found out that the lyrics are being synced but if i have look up missing lyrics ticked even if the tracks have lyrics it still looks for them, if i dont have it ticked then MMA pauses before it shows me the lyrics in the tags, almost as if its not read the tags already.

I hope that makes sense
Im using the latest MMA beta and MM4 wifi sync but i also tried it with the latest beta of MM5 wifi synce on some new tracks with the same result

I currently have about 7.5k tracks synced so i would prefer not to have to delete everything and start again.

Hi Alan,

I just tested this out and it's working correctly for me. i.e.
1) WiFi Sync tracks with Lyrics from MMW to MMA
2) Play the tracks in MMA (lyric lookup enabled)
--> Tracks display with the lyrics in MMA
--> Lyrics aren't looked up unless the tracks were missing lyrics to begin with

Can you tell me how you synced the tracks at step 1) ?
