How can I change the highlight color Material design

How can I change the highlight color when using the Material design skin? At the moment, it's a fairly illegible hot pink. I'd like to change that to almost anything else. Also, the frame (title bar, etc) is dark blue, which doesn't seem to draw from any system elements.

There should be s few other color options in the Skins settings in Options. Others may work better for you.

includes updated 'Material Design' skin that is now configurable in Options > Skin
i.e. you can choose theme..
