How can I sync to my MMA?

I've been trying and trying but this is not intuitive at all. I remember how easy this was with iTunes/iPod and I just cannot figure out how to sync my MMW to my MMA. I've read the following articles but they are so unhelpful. Can someone PLEASE give me some guidance on how to sync? TIA

I was finally able to get it to sync. However, it's only showing 12,976 tracks in "Music" on MMA when there are 13,188 tracks in "Music" on MMW. Why isn't it showing the same number?

Maybe not all files are selected to be Synced (like Podcasts, video files, Classical Music) or you have Dead Links.

All of the discrepancy is in the "Music" category which is surely selected for syncing. I found the dead links list and it's empty. What else could it be?

Note that Music in MediaMonkey may contain both Music and Classical Music files. In MMA the Classical Music files would in the Classical Music section separate from the other sections. This may be the discrepancy.

Otherwise you'll unfortunately need to find missing files in MMA to be able to come to some conclusion as to why they may be missing.

I have an accurate count in the "Classical Music" section on both MMA and MMW (224 on both).

Did Sync report files weren't Synced? Did you do a wi-fi or USB Sync, which Build (Help > About) of MMW are you using for Sync?

No, it didn't report any files not synced. MMA says, "Everything is in sync". I did a wifi sync because when I tried with USB it crashed.

The debug build or non-debug build?

Either, you'll need to debug version to debug issues, but it can be installed on top if that's needed.

I installed the non-debug version and synced again. It still has the same discrepancy.

Then you'll need to find files that are actually missing in MMA. That may give a clue as to why they're not Synced.

Is there a way to do this other than manually eyeballing several thousand tracks/files one at a time?
