Cleaning up my database

Not sure if there is a function or addon that will allow me to flag any MM entries that do not have a corresponding file.
I cleaned up a ton of files on my HDD with various utilities. Now that I am done, I have noticed a lot of orphaned entries is MM. Is there a way I can flag/delete these orphans?
