Issue with Sync profiles

Hello,

after I successfully synced (WiFi) nearly 1.5TB of flac files (took several days ) to my DAP (see my previous posts), all was perfect. Had all my music on my FiiO DAP with right album arts, etc.
After a few days using my DAP, I wanted to synchronize again (over WiFi), and "out of the blue" the sync profiles changed (have 2 SD cards in my DAP with separate profiles to split my library between the 2 SD cards).
Basically, when looking at the settings for syncing, under content to choose (being directly in MMA or under the profiles in MMW), all my previous selections has been deselected, so nothing is selected. I am a bit scared that if I start the sync all content will be removed from my DAP...
I then imported the profiles (I save/exported when the original sync was completed) back in MMW. No changes. Content to be synced is all deselected.
Am I doing something wrong? or is there a way to ensure sync is not going to remove all and re-do the whole sync from scratch (which took originally 2-3 days), or to get the original list of content to be synced back?
I can swear that I didn´t update the profiles in the mean time, so I am puzzled.
Any hint or help would be greatly appreciated!

Using the latest official MMA and MMW builds.

Sync requests to remove files, but it would be expected that files are removed as they're not selected to be Synced. You'll need to redo the selections before the next Sync.

After the fact it's hard to tell what occurred. 2 SD cards may be in play here, but unless you can reproduce deselection of Sync content or at least it occurs again, there is probably not much that can be done now.

Which Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey for Windows are you using?

ok. this is what I was fearing....
I am using MMW 5.0.5.2695

For now I will not perform a new sync (as all is now on my DAP), but will probably redo (from zero) soon.
In case this happens again then (hopefully not), I will update here again.

You should update to latest MM 2024 before starting over.

Ok thanks.
I installed MM2024, wiped all content on SD cards (reformatting) and now starting the sync process again. I'll keep you posted at the end (which will last a few days ).
