Which Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey are you using, what File Type(s) are affected and do you have the
MediaMonkey Codec Pack or a general codec pack installed?

Hi, I'm having the same problem. I'm using MediaMonkey 2024.0.0.3082 Portable, on a fresh install of Windows 11 24H2 x64.
I don't have a license for the MediaMonkey codec pack 3.0.8 linked above.
Thumbnails are generated upside down, not rotated 180 degrees but flipped vertically.
Thumbnail generation worked just fine with my previous install of Windows 10.

Yes, no problem playing the files. Also If I play the video and save the thumbnail using the right click menu, it is created correctly.

Can you please start with capturing the creation of up-side-down thumbnails in a debug log (step 4b) and attach the log to a Support Ticket:

Developers may also want a sample file for which this happens.

Like I pointed in Previous reply install latest Debug version from
viewtopic.php?t=86639&sd=d and Copy/Paste GPU Info test inside Code text ("</>" button above).
Also do you have
https://www.mediamonkey.com/addons/brow ... odec-pack/ installed (trial is enough)?

It seems to be some problem related only to some drivers and system, as we cannot reproduce. I would need more specific debug log. Please insert this problem as support ticket, I will send you instructions and we will try to figure it out. Thanks.
