iPhone mm5 music not backing up to iCloud

For reasons unknown, my iPhone mm5 music is not backing up to my iCloud account. Settings for music are on and backups are running but not music. Photos backup with no issues. My iCloud account has 200 gig of storage. I only need 160 gig.
I only use MM5 for all of my music so I got to wondering if Apple is screwing me because I am not using iTunes. Anyone have any thoughts. I don’t think this is a MM issue but hopefully this community can assist.
The reason for my question is I am moving away from Apple and getting a Motorola razr phone and would like to use my iCloud account to transfer data to my new phone. Using MM to synch my libraries would take days.
Current iPhone is a 13 pro, 256 gig using 160 gig. IOS 18.3.1.
