New user help please

Hello
I'm a new user to MMW. A few months ago I changed from years of having Apple Macbooks/iMacs to having an HP Windows PC. So I downloaded MMW.
However, my iphone crashed the other day and it had to have a factory reset.
MMW could see it but it wasn't working so I disabled it. I have redownloaded Itunes and Apple Devices, turned phone and pc off and on again, changed cables and ports, etc but MMW won't let me add my iphone again. It's like it can't see it whereas Apple Devices can see it and so can my PC.
I have done everything mentioned on that page on the MMW help page a few times. Just wondering if there's an easy fix?
