MediaMonkey via Tailscale: “Access denied” on mobile data since build 1248

I’m using the latest version of MediaMonkey and MediaMonkey for Android on a Samsung Galaxy S24+.
When I access it remotely via Tailscale while I’m away from home, it only works when I’m connected to Wi-Fi. If I turn off Wi-Fi or the access goes through mobile data, I get “Connection failed: Access denied”. Up to version 1248 it also worked flawlessly over mobile data. Since then it hasn’t worked anymore.
