No Album Art with 2nd gen Nano
Anyone get album art to work with the new 2nd-gen nanos? I can sync the music files with no problems, but I can't get any artwork to show up. I'm pretty sure I've got the art stored in the tag and I tried the 'iTunes trick' of disabling/re-enabling album art.
Anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks!
EDIT: Forgot to mention that I'm using version 2.5.4.978 of MM.

What type of iPod exactly do you mean (i.e. what capacity)? I wonder whether Apple modified USB ID and so MM doesn't recognize the iPod correctly. Please do this:
1. Go to Generic device plug-in configuration.
2. Use find device button
3. Send me the USB ID found for your iPod.
Just to be sure, you could also send me content of iPod_Control folder from your iPod after successful album art synchronization by iTunes (so that I review whether there isn't any other change in AA format).
Thanks,
Jiri

Ok, thanks. It is really caused by a new USB ID as I expected, 'VID_05AC&PID_1260' wasn't used by Nano 1st gen. I uploaded a modified plug-in for testing to http://www.mediamonkey.com/beta/d_iPod.dll
Let me know if it works fine.

Ok, the following would help:
1. Clear your iPod (delete all tracks is enough).
2. Synchronize a track with album art to iPod using iTunes.
3. Save iPod_Control folder and send it to me.
4. Clear iPod again.
5. Synchronize the very same track with some album art to iPod, this time using MediaMonkey with the new plug-in (link above).
6. Save iPod_Contol folder and send this second version to me.
This should help in finding what's wrong.
Thanks,
Jiri

album art on NANO 2nd Gen
Hey there. I just bought MM and a 2ng Gen nano.
I'm having the same issue with album art on 2nd gen nano. I'm saving the art to the tag. Using 3v2 tags.
Some times it seems to come up on the nano, some times it doesn't. It seems like I've tried a million things and can't seem to nail it down.
Any ideas?
