V3.0.3.1148: MM doesn't synchronize some files

MM doesn't send some mp3s to my iriver clix2 (MTP). All files that aren't sent have in their artist's or album's name characters that are illegal in directory and file names (album: ".hack//SIGN - OST1").
Sync trancks to is set to "\Music\<Album Artist>\<Album>\<Title>" what resolves eg. to "\Music\Emily Bindiger\.hack//SIGN - OST1\The World.mp3".

I looked some more into this and I was finally able to synchronize my files when I removed dots at the beginning of album's and artist's names.

I have another problem: autoplaylists (based on author and vote) appear ok in MM-tree, but synching them with a 4G Lexar Usb-pen, MM copies only songs with empty comment.
Another synch problem: repeating auto-synch (with no changes), every time MM adds from 4 to 10 files (and there are 1.2G free on usb-pen)

I think that must be not the cause, but a coincidence with a causal factor such as ... something in the filename?

I think I've seen that twice on my ZEN, but not pinned down the circumstances. Perhaps MM or even device is unrecordedly changing a filename on the way to the destination, so then getting false match with the synclist. You could manually check the destination filename.

No, perhaps the point is another: what if there are more than 1 valid rules for a single song ? It seems to go only in 1 (auto)playlist.
Songs I saw to be synched without comments, actually were taken by a vote-based rule; when I put a comment, it went in a playlist comment-based and not in the vote-based one.
(on this Lexr 4G USB-Pen I don't use Playlists)
P.S. Is there a place where I can see the temporary synch-list ?
P.P.S. I've tried WMLog.exe: it creates the contenent text of the USB-Pen, but has problem to save it (seem stop on a not ascii filename)...no big problem: I can copy&paste the text in notepad...
