Just downloaded the beta to check it out. Like the layout and everything but have a couple of questions/problems.

1. Why does the app open up an instance of WinAmp by default? Why does it continue to open up multiple instances of WinAmp even though I have unchecked the option for this in WinAmp?

2. Can I scan just a single directory to add songs or do I have to scan the entire drive? I'm probably missing something there, so I apologize if I'm just being dense ....

From what you wrote it looks like you don't have the latest beta, but rather an old version 1.0, because:

1. By default WinAmp is not started, but an internal player is used now. You can set this in the Setup Player dialog.

2. When you scan media, there is a dialog shown now, where you can check any drive or folder or any set of them.

Maybe I'm wrong, but it really looks like it is not the latest version.
