Native G15 support?

Hi, first post here.
I bought the lifetime version of MediaMonkey yesterday (coming from many years of using the default Windows Media Player out of lazyness
) and from a first glimpse at the software I really like what I saw. I started with installing 2 extra plugins since I was using those features in WMP as well :
1) The Last.fm scrobbler seems to behave a bit weird and not register all my tracks played (in MM version 3.0.6) but from what I see on the beta forum that's being worked on for 3.1 so all fine there. Can't wait for version 3.1 to come out of beta just for that.
2) The support for a G15 Logitech Keyboard (blue backlit v1) seems a bit lacking. Like many other G15 users, I also had the issue that the song title wasn't shown on the G15 display. So I found a suggestion of using WVS to display my media info on the display but I don't really like that addon for 2 reasons: Firsly the font there is WAY too big, it should be smaller so that more info can be displayed on the LCD at once. I much more prefer the default media player viewer where you have a normal font and the artist and song title as 2 seperate rows. Secondly, after finding out how to disable all the other pages in WVS, the application still swaps between my media player page and it's own built-in credits page. I would really like to get rid of that credits page and have a permanent display of the artist and song title of the music I'm listening to. Also from what I understood on the WVS forum, that addon is no longer continued by it's devs so no hope there to have some tweaks to WVS itself. And the credits page cannot simply be disabled.
So, I'm asking the MediaMonkey devs then, if it would be possible to fix whatever error is preventing the track title to be displayed on the default G15 media player info (without using WVS). I did find a dev post from april 2008 where the dev mentioned it was a problem on Logitech's side. But seeing how both Windows Media Player (own experience) and iTunes (forum user info) have no problem displaying the song title info on the default G15 media player, I wonder how it can work with those applications while not with MediaMonkey if it's supposed to be a problem with Logitech.
If you guys could take a look at what exactly the problem is between Media Monkey and the G15 default media player info and find a workaround to have it correctly display the track title as well that would be really appreciated.
