Skin optimized for remote tablet/iPad

Hoping this is not a FAQ, I'm quite happy with the Helium Gdark skin, but I'd need a suggestion for a skin optimized for a touch-screen tablet (resolution 1024x768).
I'd use this skin with an head-less PC controlled via VNC with an iPad, just for choosing tracks and playing (no need to perform mantainance using this skin).
The obvious second question is: is there an easy way to start MM with a specific skin, a command line option or whatever?
