Delayed start

I post in OT as my problem is almost ridicolous. 
I have a system composed by an headlesss PC running MM4 in automatic startup and the music library stored on a NAS.
Yesterday I changed the system disk wth a fast SSD drive, as a result, 50% of times MM has all the entries are greyes out... If I kill and restart MM, it works as expected; so I suspect the entries are greyed out because MM starts before the connection with the NAS is established.
So, I'd need an utility or whatever to delay 10-15 seconds the automatic launch of MM; suggestions?
