How can I make it play in mediamonkey 4?
With MM settings, not browser settings.

You can't, because that .asp link isn't an audio URL or playlist, but a web page with an embedded player.

Perhaps looking at the page's HTML source will reveal the audio URL.

Try http://www.e-radio.gr/asx/arion2.asx with File -> Open URL or file. Works for me in MM4 4.0.3.1472.
