F**king program; Lost my work?

All my work is lost. I have the .mo files, but didn't correct the .po files correctly? What can I do?
It should be possible to convert .mo files back to .po files. I think that after you install dxgettext from http://dybdahl.dk/dxgettext/download/, it is possible to right click .mo files and convert them to .po.
