Need Streaming URL for the ff station for MM

Hi!
Can someone help me get the streaming of Radio Gala TV (http://www.ustream.tv/channel/radiogala) and Radio Cafe of Padova Italia (http://www.radiocafe.it/#). Will as always be most thankful!

They're both flash streams, you can't listen to them through MM.
