[REQ] Please improve performance

On my Galasy SIII (fairly fast phone), the experience is a bit sluggish.
Initial spin in a large list of song (quick swipe of the finger) it hangs for 2-3 second before scrolling.
Hitting the next button it take about 2-3 seconds to start playing the next one.

What device? Which version of android?
I am running on a GS3 with several thousands songs (26gig used up on my 32gig card). Although I do get a bit of lag on the scrolling .. mostly as it displays the images. But on the 'next' issue the worst I am seeing is maybe a second.

Latest version..
A quick example is: try holding the scrolling yellow bar on the right, you can't scroll smootly, it will basically jump every X seconds whereever your finger is.

You are right, there were some inefficiencies. Something will be fixed in the next release...
