When I use the auto-synchronization feature, it creates duplicate entries each time I try to sync.

I use MM Gold 2.4.2.874 with a new IPod video 60Gb. I will of course upgrade to the new version(2.5), but am I doing something wrong? I have configured the device plug-in to sync entire library.

And yes I did read the help section and the online docs, which did not give me any insight into this problem.

MM 2.4.2 did not support the newest iPods with Video. You'll need to upgrade to the latest version of MM (2.5.1).

p.s. the online help in 2.5 has been updated significantly with respect to device synchronizatino.
