Bug in 4.1.17.1840 - writing tags to disk

There appears to be a bug in version 4.1.17.1840 where when you update tags in the library, they do not update on disk. I have reinstalled the previous version 4.1.16.1836 and it works correctly. Scanning is on in the folders concerned. Nothing else has changed.
