Wifi sync does not respect artwork name setting [#14910]

I have set folder.jpg as the artwork name for syncing. It works when syncing with USB but artwork is renamed artwork.jpg when syncing with wifi. I use the latest betas for both MMA and MMW.

Is this not acknowledged as a bug? Is there a procedure to submit a bug?
