Sync to One Drive is broken [#16018]

I tried transcoding and syncing an album to One Drive. It broke after syncing the 1st track. The remaining tracks failed with "Create folder: 200" error, which is strange because it had already created the folder OK.
The 1st track seemed to be created OK ... ie. tags are populated.
The Error Log is almost useless. I know you don't care too much about Error Logs, but I find <stress_release ON> what you have delivered to be an annoying Fail. </stress_release OFF>
This Error Report has no horizontal scroll bar ... Each error line starts with something non-informative. I had to stretch the "report" across both of the screens attached to my computer, just so that I could (nearly) read the error message in the right hand screen. ... here is the relevant part of the error message
I retried the sync, and this time all tracks were sync'd OK.
I then added another album, and tried another sych ... this time I got a dump
