saving art to file; a crash and a disabled field [#16550]

Problem: I got this crash while trying to save album art.
And if I am in List By Album view, and i right click an album, and take the Lookup Image option, and then select an album ... there is a longish delay before you dhow the Add Cover dbox. .... problem: The Image Filename entry field is disabled ... I cannot supply a file name, so I press OK ... you save the file with the name .thm ... even though Tools|Options|Library|Tags&Playlists has Artwork Image name set to folder.jpg
