Link to Theme Editor 7 from Skin walkthrough Wiki incorrect

I would like to create my own skin and it is written in the "Walkthrough on how to skin MediaMonkey v3" to use Theme Editor 7. However the link it goes to is like the homepage and there is no link to download the file. Does anyone have this editor?

Hi! Seems like the link to Theme Editor 7 is down again. Is that the right editor for skins for Media Monkey 4?
