i cant seem to exit mediamonkey and i cant do anything

hello, I can't seem to solve this problem which I have for the past 5 hours whenever I click something on MediaMonkey ex. exit there's an error wich pops up as song name at the top and information Access violation at address 00BE9EE33 in module 'mediamonkey.exe' read of address 0000004 I would be happy to solve this problem thank you
