Save thumbnail window often corrupted [#17474]

Build 2302.
Sometimes the "Save thumbnail..." window that pops up is a bit strange. Still works. Only happens every now and then, but often enough to be reproducible.

Note that I changed Windows scaling from 150% to 100% and I can still replicate.

Please retest with 5.0.1.2413+ when it gets released.
