Shortcuts in File Property Windows not working correctly [#17817]

Open the properties for a song. "Alt-right" should be the shortcut that does what clicking on the "next" button does. This works correctly in the "Basic" tab, but starting from any other tab ("Details" etc.) Alt-right leads to the next tab instead of the next song.
