Upgrading MediaMonkey to a release with a fix for this will resolve this issue:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If on MediaMonkey for Windows 5.0.4 or 5.1, upgrade to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediamonkey.com\/forum\/viewtopic.php?t=8811&amp;sd=d\">MediaMonkey for Windows 2024<\/a> for a fix.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>B) Corruption of the &#8216;GPUcache&#8217;. A fix\/workaround is expected in the new builds described above, but for now:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Close MediaMonkey for Windows<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Open Windows Explorer and navigate to:<br><em>C:\\Users\\&lt;Username&gt;\\AppData\\Local\\Temp\\GPUCache<\/em><br>(where <em>&lt;Username&gt;<\/em> is your Windows Username)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delete the contents of the directory<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restart MediaMonkey for Windows<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Note: Upon initiating new image search, you may be prompted to accept a cookie in MediaMonkey&#8217;s internal browser (this behavior is location-dependent). <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If attempts to lookup artwork consistently fail, this can be due to: A) Recent changes to the formatting of looked up artwork has caused the Artwork lookup to fail.
