These web accounts are independent of Gold license username\/registration keys (which are used solely to activate the Gold features in your software).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To create an account on the MediaMonkey website please visit:<br>http:\/\/www.mediamonkey.com\/forum\/ucp.php?mode=register<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Problems with your Website Account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you&#8217;re having trouble logging in to our web site (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediamonkey.com\/forum\/ucp.php?mode=login&amp;redirect=index.php\">Forum<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediamonkey.com\/support\/wp-login.php?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.mediamonkey.com%2Fsupport%2F\">Helpdesk<\/a>, or <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediamonkey.com\/wiki\/index.php?title=Special:UserLogin&amp;returnto=Main+Page\">Wiki<\/a>), it may be that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your website account is inactive:<br>This can occur if you registered an account, but never clicked on the activation e-mail. Find your confirmation email (possibly in your spam folder) and click the confirmation link.<br><br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your MediaMonkey account information is incorrect:\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your MediaMonkey Gold license username and key cannot be used to login to the website. Use your MediaMonkey website credentials. If you don&#8217;t have a MediaMonkey website account, you can <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediamonkey.com\/forum\/ucp.php?mode=register\">create one<\/a> at for free.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your username is incorrect:<br>Make sure to use your site username and <strong>not your email address<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your password is incorrect.
